Ceri’s retreat teaching style – Hatha flow, Restorative
With over thirty years of personal practice and teaching since 2001, Ceri Lee is an experienced yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer, offering yoga as a sacred path of balance, healing, and self-discovery. Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga and informed by training in Sivananda, Remedial Yoga, and Menopause Yoga, her teaching supports practitioners and aspiring teachers through all stages of life with depth and care.
Ceri’s slow Hatha flow is guided as a meditative journey, weaving conscious breath, mindful movement, and deep relaxation to cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Students are invited to move with presence, refine the foundations of practice, and reconnect with inner stillness.
As an attuned Reiki practitioner, Ceri also works with the subtle energy body, supporting balance, vitality, and natural harmony. On retreat, these teachings are fully explored through daily yoga, meditation, relaxation, and time to slow down, offering a nourishing space to reconnect, restore, and embody yoga as a way of life.
