Molly Harragin
Molly’s retreat teaching style – Chakra healing yoga flow
Molly found yoga in 2009 in Bali. It was the kind of yoga that seeps deep into your bones. Her first yoga training was a 300 hr residential Jivamukti Yoga teacher training in Dorset. She followed that with a year apprenticeship under Cat Alip-Douglas at what was then Jivamukti Yoga London to establish the art of teaching and the art of assists. She then taught in yoga studios in London and retreats around the world.
A few years later she did an 18 month yoga therapy diploma to learn more about working with people with injuries and illness. This changed her attitude towards yoga and she began to slow down her practice and respect the often much needed body’s innate healing capacities.
Since then Molly taken courses in yoga nidra, breathwork, thai yoga massage, distance healing, EFT and yin yoga. Following another interest in psychotherapy she did an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University and now also practices as an integrative psychotherapist. Molly believes that yoga is much more than just movement. It is a science and a way of life that can keep you happy and healthy at all levels. On her retreats she likes to work with the chakra model exploring the self holistically.
