Erin Prichard
Erin’s retreat teaching style – Vinyasa, Somatic movement, Therapeutic yoga, Hatha, Restorative, Breath
Erin Prichard has been teaching yoga since 2004 and has trained hundreds of teachers. Originally from the USA, she has been the lead teacher trainer at Yogarise for more than 11 years, and has had the privilege to teach yoga both in the UK and globally in a wide range of settings, including studios, schools, refugee centres, prisons, charities, businesses, and retreats.
As a TCTSY-F (trauma centre trauma sensitive yoga facilitator) she aims to create safe and supportive spaces that invite healing and embodiment. Her approach is accessible, explorative, inclusive and fun and blends yoga tradition with neuroscience. She always has had an appetite for Eastern thought, human relationships, and a deep love of nature which can all be reflected in her teachings.
When not on the mat, she can be found surfing, exploring nature or lying in a hammock.
