Sunita Devi
Sunita’s retreat teaching style – Fluid flow & Restorative, grounded in presence & stillness
Sunita fell in love with yoga the moment she stepped onto her mat and hasn’t looked back – unless she’s in a backbend. What began as a personal practice soon grew into a passion for teaching and sharing yoga with others.
Sunita has trained in many different styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin, and practices such as Pranayama and meditation. Alongside teaching retreats and regular classes, she is also Head of Teaching at Hotpod Yoga, where she helps train and mentor yoga teachers.
Sunita’s teaching style is calm, grounded, and fluid, blending mindful movement with moments of stillness, breathwork, and meditation.
Known for creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere, Sunita encourages students to slow down, be present, and move with awareness and ease. She gently weaves yoga philosophy into her classes in a way that feels accessible and relevant to everyday life.
Her classes invite students to reconnect with themselves and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced in both body and mind.
